Agreement

By using prontocoach.ai or the ProntoCoach platform you agree to these terms. If you are using ProntoCoach on behalf of a coaching business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

ProntoCoach provides software that helps coaches deliver personalised coaching at scale. It structures a coach's methodology, assembles each client's history and prepares AI-assisted recommendations for coach review. ProntoCoach is a tool for qualified coaches; it does not provide coaching, medical, or nutritional advice directly to individuals.

Coach responsibility

Coaches remain solely responsible for every programme, nutrition target, message and decision delivered to their clients, including anything prepared with AI assistance. Coaches must review recommendations before approving them and must not rely on ProntoCoach as a substitute for professional judgement or appropriate medical referral.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access is organised by coaching organisation: coaches can access only their own clients' data, and clients can access only their own data. You must not attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in breach of applicable law or professional standards.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent the security of the platform.
• Use the platform to deliver advice to clients without appropriate human review.

Data

Coaching organisations own the coaching content and client data they enter. You grant ProntoCoach a licence to process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

ProntoCoach is under active development. Features may change, and early-access functionality may be adjusted or withdrawn. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProntoCoach is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes arising from coaching decisions made by coaches or actions taken by clients.
